Privacy

Your images stay on your device

When you add an image to one of the tools, your web browser reads it, converts or compresses it, and creates the new file on your own device. The images are not uploaded to this website or to any other server, and we never see them.

Files you save are created by your browser and go straight to your downloads. When you close or reload the page, the images and results are gone from the page; we have no copy to recover.

The HEIC tools load a HEIC decoder from this website the first time you add a HEIC file. That is a download of program code to your browser. Your photo is not included in that request.

What this site collects

• No analytics or tracking scripts.
• No advertising.
• No cookies set by this site.
• No accounts, sign-ups or forms that send data.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives standard technical information with each page request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider may keep this in server logs for security and troubleshooting. These logs never contain your images.

Changes

If we ever add analytics, advertising or anything else that collects data, this page will be updated before that happens, and the date at the top will change.
