Reporting a problem
It helps to include:
- which tool you used,
- your browser and device (for example, Safari on iPhone 13),
- what you expected and what happened instead.
Because images are processed on your device, we cannot see the file that caused the problem. Please only send a file if you are comfortable sharing it, and never send identity documents.
